Is he in the witness protection program? Why is he hiding now, when he didn't before? If he's totally hands-off, he might as well not exist.

In the Bible, whenever it says "the LORD said...," what does that mean? Is the LORD the father or the holy spirit? Did he say it audibly?

Serious arguments only

This is a serious argument. If he's real, why is he now completely mute and invisible?

most theists will say that he does speak to them

I mean with an actual voice that we can hear, not dreams.

I don't see or hear him anywhere. The Bible says he talked to people. Why doesn't he do that now?

The other day I missed a call and it said UNKNOWN CALLER. Maybe that was him. He didn't leave a message.

If it rained frogs, I wouldn't immediately believe it was God, but I'd start looking into it. I haven't seen any signs from God. Why doesn't he send me an email?

I mean that even if the claim in Romans 1 (that all men have seen God) were true at the time, it can't predict the future. Like if you said 10 years ago "There has never been a black U.S. president," that's about the past, not necessarily the future. God should fear my judgment.

Um, Romans 1 was written before my time. I have not seen God. He needs to show himself, or he is sinning in my eyes.

I'm not a sinner. God is the one who has sinned by not revealing himself. He has not appeared to me in any form that could be identified as God.

Which facts are you referring to?

Have you ever seen him or talked to him? It is a fact that he doesn't reveal himself.

And when you state "God" what do you mean by that?

I didn't state "God," but he's the subject of this debate. If you don't know who he is, you belong on this side.

What is your definition of "doesn't reveal himself like he allegedly used to..."

He no longer talks to people, makes it rain frogs, parts the Red Sea, stuff like that. Why did he stop making his presence known?

Also, strong evidence against...?

Yes. It seems very fishy that he was once so active, then disappeared before we had video cameras.
